my friend quitted zarp but he dosint need the vip anymore and he want to give it to me,, HOW

First of all you would have to talk to chuteuk and he would have to talk to your friend also but he doesn't have to do this for you this is only if he has time and wants to.

You can, you need to get your friend permission and get him spoken to an admin so we know that he has Vip and he wants to give it to you.

Your wrong you can do it as long as his friend comes on here and says yes to it because I have seen chute do it before
