So i decided it is time to get fit, so i started by running everyday and here is just what i did for that current day.

Day 1:(Ran) A lot. (Walked) A lot. (Jogged) A bit. Day 2: Nothing Day 3:Walked hills and valleys (A shit ton) Day 4: Day 5: Day 6: Day 7: Day 8: Day 9: Day 10: Day 11: Day 12: Day 13: Day 14: Day 15:
Consistency & Discipline are the only keys you need. Stick to those and you'll reach your goals no matter what. But keep in mind: working out isn't something you do for a month just to lose some weight and then quit, you have to maintain your condition and keep setting new goals.
