This goes out to anyone replying on a player's Moderator / Administrator Application.
Check the application before replying to it
There is no point replying to an application if you haven't read it thoroughly.
Here is an Example:
Just because the title didn't say [SSRP Moderator] MyName's Application doesn't mean it may not be for that category... If the user that had commented had looked through the application they would have seen this:
Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario
You cant RDM on Bhop.
Phone Posts
If you're posting on your phone its best not to post on an application unless if the applicant hasn't got anything wrong with their application. I've seen posts like:
Not the best application, I cannot check your gametrackers and warnings
-phone post
This is basically just shitposting on someones application as you're not providing any feedback at all other than saying that you're on your phone.
Not Co-operating
I've also seen posts that generally go like this:
This is showing that you cannot be bothered to even help the applicant, you're just expecting them to know how to find their SteamID or how to navigate the GameTracker website.
Here is a good example of helping someone with their application:

This is a great example as it shows the good points of the applicant and the points that need to be improved upon.
Also if the applicant isn't the best speaker of English at least help them understand how to set out their application rather than saying things on their application like: Your Grammar is terrible, Application is the worst thing ever.
This would just make you look bad as a person.
