I have lost about 3 mil in printers where im timing out and stuff like that but many others are timing out aswelll so i dont think its my internet. maybe restarting servers will help.

He isn't saying that he wants refund, he wants the server to restart due to timing out or server crash.
Have you tried to do: /restore all? To see if the server crashed or its just your internet?

The server hasn't crashed, it gets really laggy for no apparent reason, and times random people out.
