He did a giveaway for gluon which I won and he never gets on steam or in-game so I can't get it :(

Scamming is the act of being promised something for something you own, and losing that something you own and getting nothing in return.

What did you lose by just saying your RP name and leaving a thank you?

Be patient if he is never on steam or in-game, he will eventually be on.
