is the card in date and all fields have been entered correctly like expiry long card number and the 3 numbers on the back.

if they have then i would have no idea unless your bank has frozen the card for unusual behavior or theres no money in the account but if theres money and everything is entered correctly i would give a phone call to your bank and make sure they haven't frozen it for some reason.
