well i would say take it to steam as well as in game it looks like he wanted to sell you it for 4 and then 6 million then he might have thought he was losing money so he thought you was trying to get one over on him but even if that is the case he should not speak to you or anyone like that i see no evidence of you saying because your an admin you need to give it to him cheap.

screen shots would be better for this conversation for action to be taken.

and i say report to steam because if someone is telling you to "kill yourself" in steam message then it's not just an in game problem we are talking about.
