TOPIC: I donated for booster packs and didnt get the item

Ok so i donated for booster packs i payed 10 on black friday sale i suppose to get blueprint cases and weapons cases i did not get them please help refund that

did you relog & claim them?

Relog then go on f4>Donate>Then claim booster packs

We've just checked your account and your Booster Packs have been purchased successfully. These packs must now be claimed in-game before your benefits & items are applied. You can claim your active booster packs from the Donate tab in the F4-Menu at any time in-game. Hope that helps and thanks for supporting ZARP!
