TOPIC: 10 booster packs bought, did not receive 13

I bought 10 booster packs 10 hours ago or so, but I only recieved 10 of them, not 13 as it is advertised. Please help, spent 60 bucks on this server in less than a week. Think I'm entitled to a little bit of help atleast..

You spent 35 $ 5x7=35, you should have goten 7 packs for 35 $, you got 3 free packs. So its fine. It would have cost you 50 $ to get 10 packs.

You're only supposed to get 10
Booster pack 8 9 and 10 are the free ones

Alright that sucks, would never of bought it if I knew that. I know atleast one person who got 10, reported it as it is confusing and received the other 3 I thought I was entitled to... :/

Also, perhaps it should be mentioned that I bought this after an admin said it was 10+3...
