Dose anyone know what is the best screen rec to use? I would like one so I can report any abuse so I have evidence.

so many of these posts already, just search the forums a bit and you shall find.

if you have a nvidea graphics card use Shadowplay
if you have a AMD Graphics card use Raptr (comes with amd gaming evolved)
