Before re-installing I looked over (Google) and I found this problem cannot be solve re-installing.
Steam client Web Helper Stops Workning.
I am looking for a big steam update.
A lot of people has that problem and don't worry If you got it. This problem is very common.
You can't access store, Communtity, Profile.
If you use Steam a lot it will slow down.
I can only buy on Google (luck) but that is enough, Steam can still download.
SHIFT+TAB thing will be glitched a few uses.(It is very annoying)
I am writing on phone If I need Steam.
Thank you guys for the advices.
