so this is a fast thing so i got a C4 from the 10k gem thing so my friend asks me to place it down for 3 min i do so and like 1 hour later i got baned for RDM x2 for like 1 week and 3 days

If you really did just RDM 2 players, then getting banned for 3 days is just stupid. Just getting 2 kills on TTT wouldn't even be worth a ban.
