So since i've asked this question in many forums and people keep arguing If it's safe i wanted to ask If you can get sued or whatever when you have a PayPal account with a "fake date". Not even that. If the paypal team finds out that you are under 18 or they have a reason to assume you all that will happen is that they lock your account untill you can prove that you are 18+. Therefore you need to upload a scanned picture of your ID matching the data from your account. If you lose fakedata on the account it could be lost. If you used your real data you can prove for example 3years later (after you have become 18) that is your account and nothing will happen. Thats how it was in all (4) cases that i experienced.

Now this is risky business and I would highly not recommend stealing from PayPal which you would be doing if you have fake information and then proceeding to buy things you don't have the money for. I'm pretty sure they will track you down for the money either via the police or a lawyer.
