TOPIC: Go Fund Me

i am not asking anyone to donate from here (although it would help) i am just asking if people could post this around on twitter or something to try and get the word out.

The Story:

i have been doing butchery since i was 17 i'm 23 now and i work in a butchers on weekends or when i have holiday from my Full time job and i would just like to start my own business up i have the location and i have alot of things to get it started and i just need a few more tools (knives, saws, chainmail, chainmail gloves etc.)

I'm sorry man but if you think starting a company starts of by asking for money? You're damn wrong.

I've have decent experience from business and i know for a fact that you don't ask for money like this.

You say you're working as a butcher, well there you go. You have an income, you even have spent money buying VIP for someone else but you can't buy tools for that money.

Starting business isn't just about buying some tools, hiring a lobby to work in. No you have to invest money from your current job, get contacts that can help you build up your "Company".

If you're really that desperate to find someone paying your tools for you i suggest that you might wanna get in contact with an investor, even tho that will be quite difficult.

My best tip for you is really to go to some kind of a special school on how to create a company etc.

I understand what you mean but I have done everything needed for this the go fund me site is for things like this and if I were to raise the money on there quicker then I can open quicker I don't live at home I have my own house and my own family so I can't just decided to take 500 pound out of my wage as I have bills and family to look after and maybe this is not the best way to go about it but it's a quick way .

I do fully understand what you mean but I am no amateur to business and I have my head screwed on like I've stated I have money for everything else and this has taken a long time to plan and setup just wanted to get it all finished and I believe that the site would help but I thank you for your input and your views on things as everything is something to learn from.

Wow. I could not work in a butchers shop! I fully support what you're trying to do. I will donate after christmas because I'm saving up for a xbox one! But when I do donate it should be big!

Obviously he isn't desperate, I'm hoping, But it's generally nice if he needs some extra help to get some money to start of his business, as said you need money to start it of before you can start making profit and get investment then grow your business etc.

But you shouldn't really ask for money here in my opinion, I know we're your friends etc. I'd recommend asking some in-real-life family or friends and run through your process of creating a business, which I'm hoping you've studied business, so you know what to do..
