So when you own your car and you weld something to it, the entire thing and the props become untouchable for both phys and toolgun, due to constraint:blocked.
Why is this? I mean i understand the physgun part so you can't just weld something to the car and then propminge like crazy.
But the toolgun being disabled (and i don't know if it's possible to work around) is quite problematic if you want to make valuable additions to your car (like a loot trailer as thief). So i think this should be discussed as i don't quite understand.
Allthough i do have a work around for making trailers, but other fun stuff may be out of reach because of this. It could also be that this is such a small matter and with workarounds, it may not be worth the time investment to make such a seemingly little and maybe even stupid change.

Would it be exploitable, and if, how could we make it non-exploitable?:
By only applying the block to the physgun, assuming this is even programmable and worth the investment of time.

I +Support this because when I was still playing it was annoying as hell. I want you guys to get a better experience, and this would add that.
