Ok this one is for the super admins (Morgan) ok so i want the halloween cases to stay or just make a new case and GIVE EVERYONE A CASE NOBODY WANTS TO WAIT LIKE 1 MONTH TO GET ONE MORGAN OR OWNER. DarkRP is a ladder from 5,000$ to the top, you have to find a way to get to that goal you set for yourself, which is the most fun part about SSRP in my opinion. If you want cases, say to yourself that you want that, and work for it.

As for adding the halloween case permanently, I don't have the power to do that, you need to make a suggestion. Use the template and post it in the Suggestions/Server Issues section.
