i bought booster pack but i dont have it ;(
i restarded 2 times my gmod

HEY INTELIX! Go to INGAME and the *Purchase* section, or the *donate* If im right u can claim ur booster packs there! Search it out INGAME, go to INGAME F4 and the *DONATE* section, where u can buy it ingame, there u can claim ur Booster Packs!

At the booster pack purchase (read next time) it says: After purchasing you can claim your active booster packs from the Donate tab in the F4-Menu at any time.

We have just taken a look into this issue for you and found that you have multiple accounts on the ZARP website. We have disabled your other account DonDiablo and also moved over your ZARP VIP to this account. You will now be able to claim your Booster Pack once you re-join the server from the Donate tab in the F4 menu. Thanks for supporting ZARP!

Ok so it seems as though u haven't redeemed it yet so what i suggest you do is goto f4>donate and on the bottom there should be a flashing green rectangle that says " you have one booster pack " or something like that then you click on the rectangle and something should come up in chat saying you have redeemed X boosterpack the items are now in your inventory . I hope that fixed your problem if not it could be that you have not linked your steam account correctly .
