Is there a way I can pay money to get unbanned? I was false banned for a week but don't have evidence to prove so.

No you cannot pay to revoke a ban, only way to get unbanned is to either wait it out or edit this post using the correct template found here

I dont have proof though.

Just tell your side of the story and what happened, an admin will find your ban and see who banned you, and discuss the ban with that admin for review of your appeal.
