player upgrades are good if you use them if you are on server 2 then the fuel is a good idea.
the others are all good to buy.

if you have a gang i would suggest donating towards it's gang funds a little if its needed.
alternatively you could always start your own gang and put alot of the money in that and then collect loot for your upgrades.

the choice is yours buddy have fun with whatever you do.
