My friend donated me 2 booster packs around 10 minutes ago and I haven't received them yet, can anyone help?

Hi Hiro, We have just taken a look into this issue for you and found that you have multiple ZARP accounts linked to your Steam profile, we have un-linked your other account and moved over your ZARP VIP upgrade to this one so you can enjoy your upgrades on your current account. All you need to do now is re-connect to the server and your upgrades will appear in-game. Thanks for supporting ZARP!

Is this including my 2 booster packs?
