You could link your old account to make it easier for Forum Staff...

post your old account here so staff can sort it out for you.

You're not allowed to make alt accounts, You need to use the account you made first. If you can't remember the password for it you can press the 'Forgot' password button and it will email you a new one. If you don't have access to that email any more you need to use the contact us.
