Hi ethanpenny,
Thanks for letting us know. We have now moved all your upgrades to pennybomber92 including your new Booster Packs and ZARP VIP upgrade to your pennybomber92 account. (zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/profile/19424-pennybomber92) All you need to do now is re-connect to the server and claim your Booster Packs from the Donate tab in the F4 menu. In the future just use your pennybomber92 account and don't link your Steam profile to other accounts and your upgrades will be applied automatically.
