I just wanted to know if it would be possible to transfer my Zarp VIP to another (my friend's) account?

Yes it is possible. You just need to wait for a owner to reply and he will try to transfer it for you.

ZARP VIP access cannot be transferred or exchanged.

You cannot just transfer your VIP to your friend's account.
