TOPIC: RDM in mines as a miner with a diamond pickaxe.

So i was at the mines doing my thing trying to get steel to mass produce Milkors, and this gun dealer comes in and shoots me with a shotgun, he got banned by Jordan Johnstan and i got told to go to the forums to ask for a refund.
Evidence/proof: I have alot of screenshots that i will link at the end, a screenshot of me mining with a diamond pickaxe, i have alot of those screenshots which i take just in case, and screenshots of me dying AT THE SAME PLACE of me mining.

The pictures include it being inside my inventory, me crafting it, me mining with it several times, and me dying at the same place of me mining,
As a bonus which i just want to say is that i bought the diamond pickaxe BP from Jordan Johnstan and around 10 to 30mins later i died with it, you can ask him if you want.

They don't refund rule-breaks, only server crashes or sometimes bugs.
Someone generous may give you one.
