I know we have some coders and programmers in our community and i have all ways wanted to code and, well i want to know what would be the best program is to start from i just want to know where to start and just then learn from there thanks for reading.

Check out www.codecademy.com/

They have loads of different coding tutorials and they all have built in testers so you try the code as you continue the courses :)
