Well, is this good enough for running most games on at least high settings, potentially ultra? and maybe the possibility of streaming if I ever want to?

yea its more than enough to run new games on ultra

Mine runs well, with 12gb ram, Intel core i7 (3.6ghz quad core) and 4gb graphics card (Nvidia Geforce GTX 745)

I reckon yours will run pretty well too.
