Well no. You won't be able to transfer your VIP to someone else. Either buy it for them or they have to buy it themselves.

ZARP VIP access cannot be transferred or exchanged.

Unless a good reason.

You cannot transfer your VIP to other people.
Contact an owner and beg if you want, but it's in the VIP TOS.
