I have no idea why, but I feel like I worry about everything too much and get stressed over the littlest things. Also, I find that I constantly worry about my friends, even if I know they're okay. It's like I worry about them hiding the fact that they're not okay from me. This is all just making me constantly stressed out and I have no idea why. Anyone got any ideas?
