You probably didn't connect your Steam Account to this forum's account.
You did pay for VIP as you have the VIP tag.

To do so, scroll down at the VIP page and connect your Steam.

If this is the correct profile, (it needs to be the same Steam profile you use to play on the ZARP game servers) then all you need to do now is reconnect to the server.
