I'm thinking of getting a sapphire R9 390 turbo. It's the same price as a grx 970 and its beats it consistantly, but when over clocked can compete with a 980. Plus 8gb vram.

Anyone got any other suggestions? Price <=$500 AUD

Yeah, I did take shadowplay into it but you can OC the GPU so much more without killing it.
Honestly the AMD vs NVIDIA fight is they both have their issues, they both have their sponsered games, they both have there good technologies. Ones keeps you going with value the other is with bells and whistles.
Overall I was really wondering if there was any other 390 cards that you guys would suggest or other cards I didn't take into consideration
