After I stated the following quote

It appears many people got confused and now take this very wrong.

It's about this part

What I tried to say by that that Para did many great things but did something wrong which a normal user would've got banned for. However as he did great things the lead team gave him a second chance.

And if you want to know why I said that you have to check my earlier posts.

So no, Para didn't get demoted and I believe he is a great SA / HA.

I wasn't in the meeting at the time that they discussed his application, so I don't know the exact reasons why they denied him besides what was on his application.
It was locked for a reason, to stop a potential flame war.
We get your argument, but they denied him for a reason.
