I'm probably not gonna tell you anything new but:

Learn to aim - aim at head level, practice with aiming workshop maps, hs deathmatch. (crosshair placement is the most important thing, you won't need to do too many flickshots if you have good crosshair placement).

Learn to spray - learn the spray patterns of weapons you're using, (ak47.. m4a4), just open a server alone spray the wall and repeat the opposite, you won't learn it in 1 day but it'll come with time.

Learn smokes + flashbangs - just watch youtube videos about that, very important and it WILL win you the round.

a nice warmup I used is this:

It's not all obviously but if you try to improve those you'll get much better.
