Practice (1V1 Arena is good)
Play 128 Tick servers with HSMod so you can get used to XHair Placement and 1 taps at close and long distance
Scrims, Pugs, Gathers, ESEA (Faceit is free but full of Silvers)
If you want to grind out the ranks you need a decent 5 man premade, make sure you play with only 1 rank higher or lower otherwise the game will be imbalanced and too hard e.g 4 LE's and a Supreme could easily play a team with 4 LE's and a supreme on a map like Overpass.
