Hi theblackninja75,

We have just looked into this issue for you, and found that you have multiple accounts on the ZARP site that are both linked to your Steam profile. Your other account yayaya(zarpgaming.com/index.php/forum/profile/17627-yayaya) has both ZARP VIP and Booster Pack upgrades which we have transferred to this new account.
You will now be able to claim your additional booster packs in-game from the F4 menu. The reason this happened is because you had two accounts linked to the same Steam profile with different upgrades. In future make sure you use this new account to buy upgrades, alternatively we can move all your upgrades to your old account if you would prefer to continue using that one. In future all your upgrades will be applied automatically.
