I don't really understand much about how DPI works, but I want to play on 400 DPI and 3.2 Sensitivity on CS:GO. I have this mouse > www.dx.com/p/bazalias-x1-usb-2-0-800-120...-215394#.VetWc_lVhHw Where should I set my mouse pointer bar thing to to get 400 DPI? Thanks alot.

You can't even get 400 DPI on that mouse.
Just play at a comfortable DPI.
