Yes you are allowed to apply for 2 gamemodes at the same time but consider the fact that people might think you are being a bit powerhungry. Show the same amount of activity and helpfulness on both servers and there should be no problem at all. I would advise to begin with one application.

If accepted, prove you're trustworthy and knowledgeable of the rules on that server.
After a few weeks, you can plan out your activity then on.

But I would be against applying for more than one/two servers as I've at one point had difficulty with keeping my activity on Deathrun since I was more interested in TTT so I needed to quit one.

It all comes down to if you have time and effort.
Most people can only handle one rank while others can handle multiple.
