Okay, time for a structured argument.
1. Exrobite had a post removed THAT WAS NOT BREAKING ToU (as far as I am aware) for making a structured argument against people enforcing a certain rule on SSRP.
2. Look at Ryryster's forum moderator application. Remember this, though. The opinion tomtv talks about where Ryry said "ZARP is falling to shit" or something like that IS OVER A MONTH OLD (if my memory serves me correctly), AND IT'S STILL BEING BROUGHT UP. Do you want me to break into the fucking Frozen soundtrack, starting with none other than Let It Go?
3. Zaxerino was banned on SSRP for posting a textscreen which said "Hate ZARP with me" AS A JOKE. The admin that banned him ACKNOWLEDGED THIS, YET THE BAN WAS STILL CARRIED OUT.

Good point mate. You should add this too : The way the applications gets accepted is crazy. A good example is JokerMan. He did an excellent work, but he still got denied, because Paramontana and some other people had personal issues with him. I think this is sad, and obviously need to be fixed.

When accepting staff, it shouldn't be personal, it should be about how active the player is, and how well he is doing his job.

Also, when I made my " Im quitting " post, some of the staff members were really disrespectful, but nothing was done to them?

DeathRazor and I had some fun times ingame, but after I raided him, and I made my quit post, he wrote this " wont miss u, u were a massive pain in the ass "
Dallas and I never talked before, I have never seen him ingame before, because he is inactive, yet he still writes this " I really wont miss you, your attitude was awful. "
I remember raiding Morgan, and he lost a nuclear launch, he said " I wish you had quit " - Which he apologized for later, respect for that Morgan.

- My point is, I feel very disrespected by this, and nothing is being done.
