You know you don't have to do a full reformat right ? You can just use a good adware/virus cleaner such as I think it's called CleanerCC? Something like that anyways and then just do a file system restore which just replaces all the OS files back to the original. You can also defrag and make sure you don't have useless stuff running int he background and make sure all your drivers are up to date.

If all fails just upgrade to windows 10 it does all the stuff mentioned above for you in the background and you never know it happens. Windows 10 is still free for windows 7+ users. Have fun!

It's CCleaner by the way Red What Red has mentioned is correct, I doubt you'd have to entirely reset your PC. Defrag it, do a clean up with CCleaner, and do a full virus scan, and a malware scan with MalwareBytes. Also.. if all the stuff that stratic and Red dident work as much as you want. You can do a quick setback of ur pc, you might have install something on ur PC that just takes up all of ur RAM, or something like that, a quick setback of you pc takes like 5 minutes, depending on ur pc, and when you do that, the PC is ready for use instantly.
