TOPIC: I can't join DarkRp

From yesterday i have this problem that whenever i try joining ZARP it tells me "Connection Failed after 4 retries",i have tried everything,i restarted my pc,my router,i have disabled my firewall,i allowed hl2.exe on my firewall,i disabled my anti virus,i tried adding +clientport 27015 on launch options but nothing seems to work,i started having this problem right after i downloaded an autoclicker,though even after removing it from my pc i still have this problem,if any one knows any other way to fix this,please post it here,thanks in advance.

EDIT: I can join other servers but not Zarp

I only disabled file agent,and it was only for few minutes,the only thing i tried to do is join zarp so i dont think a virus would infect my pc without me downloading anything,plus i can join other servers just not zarp.
