If you would like to know how to gift vip in game so what you do is u get someone of admin rank or higher to be the witness and middle man and so you give that member of staff the money and or items and he holds it then the buyer of the vip gifts VIP to you via the forum account when there is confirmation that the VIP is bought then the middle man gives the money and or items to the supplier of VIP.
It would be helpful if some one records
