I have seen many people making reports on RDM's and many staff just simply can not go off what
one person says and it frustrates the users and staff that these reports keep coming and nobody has proof
I highly recommend you have OBS Or Some screen capture program running to record any Incident that happens

Positive thing about this.
Staff will have video proof of any RDM or any other issue that accrues, they will have video proof
and be able to take action.

Negative
Not many people can run OBS or get clear video while recording.

Ps: IF anyone needs help setting up OBS I'll be happy to help as long as it helps with the reports

I was tired of being told I had "insufficient proof" because I only used screenshots. My laptop is pretty slow, and gmod lags already as it is. Camtasia took forever to make video files too. So I decided to try out this Open Broadcaster Software you mentioned on this thread, a few hours ago. Had to play around with the settings until I got what I wanted. I had to go down from 1080p to 720p on recording, but it's definitely worth it. Text is clear enough to read, which is great. I barely notice a difference in fps as well while running OBS. With this, VLC for trimming videos, and youtube, I can show proof quickly. Here's my first video, I've used as evidence on a F1 earlier. My fps is low, but that's what I'm used to everyday.
