I am at an airport now, I will look further into this when I'm home. You should go with amd, cus its cheap. CPU: fx-6000 GPU: sapphire r9-280x This GPU has 3gb vram so its good for video editing and gaming. Just the monitors that are OTT and yeah keyboard and mouse is pretty cheap.

Monitor's arent too expensive either. For around 75 - 125 you have a pretty nice one.

I think you should look around and not here because Zarp is not a PC parts and specs site as I doubt someone here has remembered specs and prices of certain parts without doing research, which you should be doing for stuff like this.
