Was this fair that it got denied?

Story - I was a hitman in the mines, I killed a guy with a hit, a police saw me do it, he ran towards me, I gave him a warning shot, indicating that if he made 1 step more, he would die. And he warns me, and I die.

Was it fair? I feel like the warning wasn't valid

In my opinion he should have spoken to you first so he should get more in sight

If you got denied make another one in 7days or at least 1day not 1hour after becuase you will get denied again.
