TOPIC: BS restore system

Server lags out like usual while me and my friend are raiding. I have my milkor equipped and destroy the base, lock myself into a room and do /holster with the gun hoping to put it into my inventory unfortunately the server crashes leaving me wondering where my milkor Is? I then wait 5-10 min until the server is restored and this message pops up "[REFUND] You have a pending weapon refund Milkor Mk1 GL Type /restore m9k_milkormgl"
"[REFUND] You can type /restore all to retrieve everything at once." I type both of these and nothing happens it simply says there is nothing to Restore
I try both and nothing happens I have screenshots also.

Did you check your inventory?

The screenshots you have provided do not give everything we need to refund your equipment. Nothing has shown you attempting to redeem this so you could have redeemed it and given it away expecting something in return.

Type /restore m9k_milkormg1

If u tried to /restore all

Otherwise you need some more proof
