Hello,
I'm not sure that you was waiting that long for help but if you did the only way we can help you help us is if you take a screenshot of the staff thats on the server at the time so we can find out what they was doing and or if they was even there at the time. The best way for you to get in contact with someone for help if your f1 isn't getting handled fast enough for you is to join the TS Server @ ts.zarpgaming.com
