You probably know that I can be vulgar, this is just my personality but that's not an excuse. It came to my attention that my use of the word "faggot" and its variations has been such a big issue. Personally I use this word to help remove power from would be homophobes (calling someone a faggot with their name as "fgt" doesn't seem offensive). It has come to my attention that I have mis-interpreted the warnings of other members as just banter.

I have justified these actions and his behind my sexuality to help deflect any critism of these actions.

For this I am genuinely sorry.

P.S. this may be my final nail in the coffin. I feel so shitty about this, I may resign. I will be spending the next week or so deciding my future as staff on zarp.
