Suggestions:

Go for the 4690k, since you have a CPU cooler and you can't overclock a non K-series CPU OR you can go and get the 4690 if you don't trust yourself with overclocking.

Remove the CPU cooler if you aren't going to follow my suggestion above, since you don't need a CPU cooler with a non-overclockable CPU. The stock cooler should be enough.

Why are you going to buy a Micro ATX board? I suggest going ATX, since you're getting an ATX case either way.

I suggest going with a +600W PSU so you'll be ready if you ever decide to upgrade to a more power-hungry card. I've also got the 750 Ti right now and a 650W PSU because I'll probably upgrade when I've got the money.

I suggest going with a more worth-while case like the Corsair Carbide 300R if you're looking to upgrade your rig in the future and not just scrap it and build a completely new one. It also has one intake and one exhaust fan with it so you don't have to buy aftermarket fans. Also, fan filters.

Upgradable is the way to go.
