I have this

AMD Radeon R7 240 3gb dedicated graphics
AMD FX(tm)-770K Quad Core Processor 3.5 GHz
8gb ram
1tb hdd

thoughts bout mine?
Yes, AMD Processors are really good at Overclocking but they will need a bunch of cooling if you're going to overclock so they won't kill themselves. Also You got a really good GPU and 1tb Hdd. 8gb RAM is good, if you only got the RAM for Gmod you would only need 4GB because GMod is 32bit game

CPU I would recommend is the i7-4790k its the best one int eh world and is very cheap[/quote]
Why the heck does VRAM and GDDR matter that much to you? Also please don't recommend an i7 CPU together with a 750 Ti.

Ok, ok maybe he wants to play a very graphical intense game GDDR5 is the fastest VRAM. GTAV for example when your going thru the Graphical settings it will say how much VRAM is available the better, more demanding settings will raise that bar and when that bar is full and you play it will lag, but if you keep it low and adjust it, it will not lag or kill your FPS. Don't even say I know nothing from computers.

You don't need HBM, really. Just go for GDDR5 since you have a wider range of GPUs available because HBM is currently AMD-only as far as I know.

There have been no other GPU generations released since that as far as I know.

It would also be lovely if you could sod off here, I'm trying to help. I'd say something else if I wasn't in the staff team, but you're seriously going on my nerves.

Double posterinos

Suggestions:
  • Go for the 4690k, since you have a CPU cooler and you can't overclock a non K-series CPU OR you can go and get the 4690 if you don't trust yourself with overclocking.

  • Remove the CPU cooler if you aren't going to follow my suggestion above, since you don't need a CPU cooler with a non-overclockable CPU. The stock cooler should be enough.

  • Why are you going to buy a Micro ATX board? I suggest going ATX, since you're getting an ATX case either way.

  • I suggest going with a +600W PSU so you'll be ready if you ever decide to upgrade to a more power-hungry card. I've also got the 750 Ti right now and a 650W PSU because I'll probably upgrade when I've got the money.

  • I suggest going with a more worth-while case like the Corsair Carbide 300R if you're looking to upgrade your rig in the future and not just scrap it and build a completely new one. It also has one intake and one exhaust fan with it so you don't have to buy aftermarket fans. Also, fan filters.

Upgradable is the way to go.

(I probably messed some things up above)

Thanks for the advice, but remember I'm on a low budget.

Just sell your lungs or something. (or wait a while until your budget increases, it's definitely worth it to have a more upgradable PC)

A 750W PSU is a bit overkill. 600-650W is more than enough for let's say a GTX 970.
