It really depends. I mean I'd never get a shit processor because I can't handle slow speeds and upgrading is really expensive.

Priority should really be CPU-GPU first then the rest.
Ram is 8gb is fine and 16 is almost excessive (for you)

With this budget you should go with team red (amd)
I have the FX-6000 CPU it works fine and can easily be overclocked to 4.1ghz. Its nice for rendering maps (e.g GTA V) because it has 6 cores. As GPU I have the amd r9 280x, its a nice graphics card for the price 208 euro in the netherlands wich has 21% taxes so you should even get it cheaper. If you are more of a nvidia lover I should go with the 750 ti, great preformance for the prize.
