TOPIC: Can i be a staff if i have broken rules?

I was wondering if you have broken a rule, can you then after that be an staff, and does mic spam count?

if you dont break rules for less more then 2 weeks then you will have a higher chance of becoming staff

If your warnings are high and are big such as FailRP, your chances of getting staff will decrease, but if you have broken one rule and it's small like mic spam, it's alright, but it depends on the staff on the meeting how they vote.
