Was supreme before new level 3 system. Only play ESEA now. Best tips for you is to watch how higher rank people play and move. Crosshair placement and movement is huge in the game. Just death match a lot to get aim and spray down, and don't forget to have fun!

Silver Elite Master, Nr 1 every game, doesn't matter if I lose or win, no time to play tho

The start is hard, well, from silver to MG is tough.
My current rank is Dinguised Master Guardian or as short DMG.

My tips for you would be getting some workshop maps, recoil,target practise,smoke tricks (they come in handy alot), watching higher player's play and some warm up games before comp (optional, i don't do it/need it)

Global. It's very easy to climb, you just gotta follow some simple rules.
1. It's important to learn from your mistakes, this includes improving your map awareness, getting map contol, example : You are playing T on cache, you get boosted in mid, and you get an entry frag. From this point, you dont just rush highway and go like YOLO HAHAHA. You camp at mid, talking together with your mates what your next step is, going vent to b, etc etc...

2. Playing smart : Watch a lot of streams of pro players, watch their movement. Aim isn't everything, you can aim good, and charge like a dumbass, and die like a noob. You can watch pro players, and see a lot of tricks they have, smoke tricks, flash tricks and a lot more. It's so important to position yourself, as this can help you win a lot of fights, when the T's are rushing you.

3. Aim improvement : A good tip I would give, is finding a crosshair that you like, and play a lot with it, get used to it. Also get a good CFG. Get used to how fast your mouse is, see if you can spin your mouse, so you back, in a 180* degree. Knowing how fast your mouse is, helps your flickshots a lot, this can help in many 1v1's battles.

MONEY. : I'm gonna go over when it's a good time to buy stuff.
Round 1 :
T : It's very important you buy armor, this helps you in any 1v1 fight, this can give you a entry frag, which gives u a bomb plant, then you hide, and win the round.
CT : It's very important to buy armor as CT aswell, maybe if you are insecure about holding a spot, you could go for a five-seven + smoke. Smoke the spot of, if you hear any footsteps, call for backup, and get ready to one shot some rushing T's.

Round 2 : This is where you choose with your team if you need to forcebuy or eco.
T : If you lose round 1 as T, it's very important that you forcebuy, this means that you buy tec9/deagle + full armor. Since the ct's will only have mp7/Famas, or even only handguns. You can easily defeat them in a 1v1.
CT : Let's say you lose round 1 as ct. It's very important to forcebuy, this means buying fiveseven + full armor + smoke. This is very good as you can smoke, and 1 shot people with five seven.

Round 3 : If you forcebought, then you are forced to go for a eco round here.
T : you dont buy anything this round, you choose with your team what to do : This could be rushing B, A or even just camping mid, seeing if your opponent makes a mistake and rush you.
CT : There is a very smart trick you can do here, however it's also risky. All of your team members buy a grenade, you then rush A, mid or B and nade it, 5 nades, and you then rush them with usp. If you are lucky, you will destroy the enemy team.

Forcebuy : This means that you and your team buys everything you can, Full armor, fiveseven etc. And you push for the win, if you win the round, you get the option to buy a lot of stuff next round, while your enemy is fucked in money.

eco : This is where you save up money, meaning you buy NOTHING, unless you do the tactic where you and your team buy grenades, and rush somewhere. If not, you dont buy anything, and you save up for next round.

Having the right mind set is very important aswell, I struggle with this myself sometimes, what I mean is, it's important you dont tilt easy, dont get mad at your team, we all play with russians sometimes, that just suck and dont listen, but instead of flaming them and making yourself play bad. Keep focusing on your goal, keep trying to improve instead, eventually, you will be able to carry yourself out of your rank.
